It's week 7 and I'm learning that weight loss is quite a slow going process for me. It's been 4 weeks since the last time I weighed in and during those 4 weeks, things have been hectic. I wasn't able to go to the gym as much as I would have liked. Hopefully, the next few weeks I will be able to maintain my 3 times a week. Let's see what progress I've made so far.

I gained about a half inch on my calves but I have been doing a lot of running and the muscle definition on them is pretty impressive so this makes sense to me. I haven't lost much in the past 4 weeks, but I haven't gained anything either. I'm still making progress towards my ultimate goal and finally reached and surpassed my first checkpoint goal of 170.
